Not only do they make the hills, but also lots of hidden tunnels. These will make your beautiful lawns very uneven if the moles are left to run riot, and also very difficult to mow the lawns.

Ground moles are most active digging new tunnels before the breeding season begins in the summer. So, the best time to set mole traps is during the UK winter months (October to April), however you will catch them all year round. Moles are capable of digging 300ft per day, so they can destroy a beautiful area very quickly.
